and we want them to trust us enough to come with trust with anything absolutely and what they're doing is they're watching our behavior negotiation learning and why i see adults why i see adults struggle with why train adults to negotiate is because of that trust factor that was broken when they were children so now when they're adults they they're reluctant to trust And when they come in for this training, they realize, oh, hang on, it's a difficult one to go and trust somebody.
