And of course, we have David Schmidt that serves as our Common Spirit Health System Director of Clinical Pharmacy and Medication Safety.

He received his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from University of Nebraska Medical Center and completed pharmacy practice residency at Sacred Heart Medical Center in Spokane, Washington.

He is currently in his 20th year with Common Spirit, has held several roles in clinical practice and health system pharmacy leadership.

And of course, Dr. Schmidt is passionate about the role pharmacists and pharmacy techs can play in improving patient outcomes and achieving organizational goals.

And so these technologies have been developed at the University of Nebraska Medical Center.

And in fact, two of the inventors of the MicroWash are officers in our company, chief medical officer and chief technology officer.

And so we have this great crossover between the inventors, those on the front line, seeing a problem, coming up with a solution, and then on my end of things to then bring it to the market and get it out there, not only to the high population urban areas, which is important, but also to the lower population rural areas where technologies like this are needed as much as, or maybe even more, than in the high population areas.

What this means.

For patients, do not assume that a higher dose bottle is inherently better.

Those same qualities have defined Dr. McConkie's civilian career as well.

And he earned his medical degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center.

He completed an emergency medicine residency in Ohio, and he spent more than 20 years practicing emergency medicine.

Whether he is working in an emergency department or serving in uniform, his leadership philosophy remains grounded in preparation, trust, resilience, and putting the needs of others first.
