We realized kind of early on, um that we needed to engage earlier and so we broaden our portfolio our program portfolio to do back to the school visits and open houses at the downtown airport we have office space at atlantic aviation where we host visits we have free simulators that we can bring kids in let them kind of play around and look at the airplanes get them kind of enthused a lot of times we'll bring other aviation professionals in to talk about especially the non-pilot things because a lot of times people don't see the behind this curtain, you know, what is the whole operation run? And then maybe that's what they're interested in.
