We don't start them off in full pads and helmets.

They've also put a lot of parameters in place around the weather in considerations for the wet bulb globe temperature, which is more of that true feel reading of temperature at the field level takes into account the airflow, the actual sun temperature, the humidity, everything together to say, what is a safe and what is a dangerous temperature? And what are we going to do as far as how long is practice? How many breaks are we taking? All those things are being monitored now by the coaches and the athletic trainers on site at these schools.
