The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit ruled that states can ban sports event contracts from prediction markets.

The 3-0 ruling upheld decisions from the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada against Kalshi, Crypto.com, and Robinhood.

This is something we've heard a lot, right? Like these states and, you know, the interest that be who are invested in sports betting and traditional stuff, like they do not like the prediction market being able to offer sports contracts and essentially sports betting in their jurisdictions.
