And the great hope this time is that, hey, maybe we can do something about this before the general election.

So we can go and meet with Bill Assele, the US Attorney for the Central District of California.

We can spread the word in California.

We can get on the media and tell everybody what we found before November because If people understand that that election has been proven illegitimate, a false tally, then why on earth should they tolerate those existing current two choices on the ballot? Why would they tolerate that and why should they? It is a fraud on the people.

For the Department of Justice, I have a little over 200 lawyers here for 20 million people.

In the Central District of California? Central District of California, largest population in the nation, 20 million people, seven counties.

I've got 200 lawyers.

just to be clear, you're the chief federal prosecutor for the Central District of California.

Correct, yes.

And I think I'll go ahead and actually allow our panelists to give a little quick introduction of their practices and how they've touched on bankruptcies and receiverships throughout their practices, starting with Judge Kaufman.

She was arrested Thursday, September 10th at her home and a federal grand jury indicted her September 2nd on four counts of wire fraud.

The U.S. Attorney's Office for the Central District of California said the FBI is on the case.

She was arranged in U.S. District Court in Santa Ana, and she is pleaded not guilty.

Now, the organization is the Wolverine Football Club.

In a post to the Volokh Conspiracy blog, senior fellow Orin S. Kerr argues that there is good reason to believe that the Supreme Court's June ruling in Chhatri versus United States will trigger a rethinking of how the Fourth Amendment applies to automated license plate reader systems such as those provided by flock safety.

He notes that last week, the United States District Court for the Central District of California became the first court I'm aware of to weigh in on whether the use of flock cameras is a Fourth Amendment search after Chattree.

That court ruled that in this case, obtaining four photos from flock cameras was not a search, as it was not enough of a privacy invasion to meet that definition.

Kerr points out that this is only a trial court decision, and an appeal to the Court of Appeals is likely.

It will file cert petition before October 5th, maybe well before.

Um, finally, uh, this is a small development in, in, in the Central District of California.
