United States Army Pacific

I'm thinking just an experience of people that were in SOCH when you and I were there.

Brian Forrester was in the CAG at USARPAC.

And I think Brian Babcock-Lumish worked on General Petraeus' very similar role during the surge.

Is that something that's common at the Academy or specific to SOCH? What's going on with that? I

that was that unit from World War II.

The battalion commander of the First of the 506 was a guy named Ron Clark, who's now a four-star general in charge of U.S. Army Pacific, which is the largest component command.

Academy graduate, black guy.

We used to joke he needed to get out of the Army and become the first black president.
