And to jump back to an idea that we talked about previously in terms of thinking about medications that are maybe approved for clinical use versus something that's an unapproved substance, how should the sport community really think about this distinction between a medication being considered safe for an approved medical use, someone perhaps needs like a corticosteroid for asthma, for example, and using some other steroid medication in healthy athletes for performance enhancement?

The first very practical thing to say about this is that when we prescribe a medication with the clear indication that is on any banned list, whether it's the WADA banned list, the USADA banned list, we do so under the guise of something called a therapeutic use exemption.

And in doing so, we specify exactly what medication is being used at exactly what dose for what condition.

And we also indicate that there are no comparable medical alternatives.
