Unitrust is one of the things that has gained momentum but Kenyans need to understand that Unitrust is the umbrella body of old funds where many customers bring money together.

It might be a trust or a fund manager and where you see even banks now having Unitrust and they give you better returns than what you would get If you are to put the same money as an individual, basically it's the concept of opportunity of scale, where the more money, the more bargaining power.

So we have the equity funds that are also gaining popularity in Kenya.

We were not even in the market at that time.
