Union Township

Well, we're starting here, making plans for number four.

Union Township trustees in Clermont County are giving the green light for a new Costco to be built in the Eastgate area, right at the corner of Eicholz Road and Ivy Point Boulevard.

That is just off the 275 interchange with 32, the Eastgate area.

Costco made the pitch back in the summer for a 166,000 square foot warehouse, plus a fuel station with 30 pumps and nearly 900 parking spaces.

He encouraged the commissioners to spend some time examining the issue themselves.

Painter highlighted Union Township's upcoming ALPR, flock camera, town hall as an example of the issue, receiving local scrutiny and by the way i wish i had that on me i don't i should have uh i believe that union township meeting is uh well it'll pass i think it was on the 22nd when this is out so hopefully if you live in union township you went there union township esco i'm sorry i should have just kept reading Union Township has scheduled that meeting for Monday, September 21st.

So that will have passed by the time this comes out.

So it's going to hear presentations of public comment and discuss the possible placement modification, continuation or cancellation of flock camera technology.
