So what do you think clubs need to understand about how to engage with this younger demographic with golf community and club life?

Jeff McFadden and Sean Palmer from Union League of Philadelphia.

We talked about culture and values.

They have some great culture and values there.

What year were women given admittance quality to the following organizations? Okay.

The Philadelphia Union League.

1935.

Okay.

Fast forward to 2005.

I And my wife and I had become members of a pretty prominent city club in Philadelphia called the Union League of Philadelphia.

And because it was at the time still had tentacles in the sort of old white guys business club type, you know, social club type world.

I was involved in internet.

And that was 21 years ago, and we've built them four iterations of their site.

And because they're so prominent, they're the number one city club in the United States, second only to Ocean Reef in revenues.

Other clubs noticed that the Union League of Philadelphia had a bespoke, not out of the box like the other competition was doing, unique website, and we started attracting more clubs.

We took on a club here, took on a club there.
