Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act

The ballots have been printed in mail, including to service members who are serving overseas.

That's the Gets governed by the Federal Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act, which is UOCAVA, when it's at home.

And that says that the ballots have to go out 45 days in advance.

Right.

We really tried to, as we were, as we craft the working group, each iteration, um, to get a really diverse electorate.

So large jurisdictions, small jurisdictions, large UOCAVA populations, small UOCAVA populations, all of those things.

So we worked really hard to make sure that we had a pretty broad representation so that any best practices, anything we put out could be scalable.

So, you know, LA County can use it and uh, uh, Schutzberry or Schutzberry, Massachusetts can use it.

So I don't think – some of the problem is voters are not necessarily aware of what they actually have access to.

We do a survey.

It's the state's administrator survey to UOCAVA voters, and it's sort of a customer satisfaction.

We want to understand their experience.

But here's precisely what Arizona officials should explain to the people Let's be precise about this.

The DOJ sought the Arizona statewide voter roll registration list during an investigation for compliance with federal election laws, HAVA laws and other election laws involving UOCAVA.

That's the ballots going overseas to the military.

The requested database included such information as date of birth, residential address, driver's license number, last four digits of your social security card.

Because the Supreme Court came down with the ruling on Monday the 14th.

On the 15th through the 19th, that's today, we in Georgia are sending out our UOCAVA ballots, our overseas military ballots.

There was just no time, let alone having a uniform ballot today.

It's a factual inquiry.

The state of Missouri represented to the Supreme Court of the United States when they sought a stay that if they did not know by the 14th, which was yesterday, they would not be able to comply with UOCAVA.

That was yesterday.

And we lay out in our briefs what the other deadlines are.

I think we've got a little ways to go still.

The reason that the 18th or the 19th, depending on how you construe UOCAVA, becomes important is because of the military and overseas ballots going on.

But UOCAVA has an express waiver provision built into it.

No rest for you.

Overseas voters in the profession is called UOCAVA, and that's U-O-C-A-V-A.

Those are overseas military and civilians that live overseas.

Those ballots are federally required to be mailed at least 45 days prior to the election.

She was she was blasted for that with some folks.

But I do want to say that For example, UOCAVA votes, there's a federal statute dealing with military ballots overseas.

And that statute clearly says that those ballots are coming in after Election Day and they're to be counted.

And so this is something that even though we know the left uses the day when ballots are counted as to bring all sorts of mischief like they've done in California, it doesn't mean that the practice necessarily is illegal or unconstitutional.

Regarding the dangers of UOCAVA, non-citizens voting in U.S. elections, taking advantage of the Uniformed and Overseas Citizen Absentee Voting Act.

This is now going to change for the 2026 midterms, and it just has.

So for many years, Americans living overseas could use the federal government's Federal Postcard Application, FPCA, to register to vote and request an absentee ballot.

If you've never lived in the country, you never domiciled in any of our 50 states.

And so therefore...

You weren't legally able to use UOCAVA, but people did it anyway.

The Department of War called the old provision an inaccurate eligibility checkbox for citizens who have never lived in the U.S. and said it needed to be removed so the form would comply with UOCAVA.

The Gateway Pundit, I-C-Y-M-I, Chris Wray and Chris Krebb lied.

They knew Iranians breached the U.S. election in 2020, stole 100,000 identities, and then posted video online of the stolen data being used to create a UOCAVA ballots and hid this from the American people.

You can feel it's coming closer and closer to that Trump card being laid down.

You tie that with the Iranians, the CCP, Venezuela.

The never-lived-in-the-U.S. checkbox didn't accurately reflect the laws governing overseas voting.

In the Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act, a civilian living overseas generally votes through the last place they domiciled in the U.S. before leaving the country.

Non-military individuals like birth tourists who've never resided in the United States are not a class of voters specifically defined by UOCAVA.
