I love that because, you know,

if anybody wants an example of that, just watch an episode of Undercover Boss.

Because what

happens,

And I went, I am witnessing this through and through.

And then there's also the TV show that came out in the late 2000s, early 2010s, Undercover Boss.

Yeah.

With the power of coming from the inside and getting from the ground up, there's a saying that if you want to find where waste is in an organization, go talk to the janitor.

This is where you're going, or hey, can I question you of why you think this is a good idea so I can kind of serve as that strategic mirror in a coaching capacity? And then the bread and butter is the consulting one.

which I call immersive mapping.

And it's kind of like what we were talking about with Undercover Boss, where I go and I immerse myself into your organization as this kind of fly on the wall.

And I get to observe the environment and the interactions and things from the outside to go, okay, this is what people are saying, but this is what they're doing.

Mm

... of Undercover Boss.

Oh, my God.

Can we bring that kind of-

in this economy, we actually need that kind of joyful television back.

Mm.

I'm so sorry, but I don't think Undercover Boss is real.

No.

So that's a very critical point that we al- we're always trying to encourage organizations to do as we're coming in and helping them think about how to reinvigorate their culture.

You know, uh, the conversation right now sort of reminds me of, I forget the actual name of the show, Undercover Boss or something like that.

Yeah.

As one, there's empathy there and they know that they're not just somebody up in the ivory tower barking orders, that they understand it and they're trying to understand, trying to find ways to help that individual find more success in whatever role they happen to be in.

Yeah, that's so good.

There's that show, Undercover Boss, where the EO comes and that's part of the journey, right? Understanding the reality from where the rubber hits the road, right? There's something wildly different.

You said, go on a bunch of estimates, have people tell you no.

Okay.

Or it's an Undercover Boss situation, and this guy owns a theater.

Oh, it could be.

You know?
