I think it will come down, again, this is a kind of broader question about where intergovernmental bodies like the UN actually can play a role.

And to what extent is it going to be states who are going to eventually determine how this plays out through regulation processes? That they impose on companies that act in their jurisdictions, right? And I was reading an interview by, with rather the UN Undersecretary General, who's kind of coordinating a lot of the discussions on the sidelines about some of these regulatory letters.
