And I think that's where it makes the most difference in my learning, really.

There's a term I think I heard at the UnConference about last year, this like psychological safety.

And I think if senior managers can really bring that into a team and make everyone feel very safe, I think that's when you can get the most out of a team.

People are there and they feel trusted and respected and supported.

Went with Steve Schwab and him to look at their new venue.

They're going to have their big conference in April, the UnConference.

I got in on Thursday night so that I could attend the Unconference on Friday.

I think we're being a little cute with that name.

But either way, uh, went into the, to the Unconference.

It's a gathering of, uh, I didn't see attendance numbers, but I would say there were 100 to 150 people working in the craft chocolate industry in some capacity, makers, exporters, importers, growers, a handful of educators like myself, uh, to get together and just talk about different issues facing the industry.

I will say at the outset, I'm not the target audience for this particular part of the event.

Obviously, digital credit was still kind of a brand new thing.

I think Stretch was just, I don't know, a little over a month old, uh, September of last year with, with Tim's first Unconference there.

Um, but overall, the, the dialogue that I had with investors, it was...

It felt like a lot more mature, and the questions all weren't around BTC yield and MNAV.

It was a bunch of like, you know, local artists and stuff.

It was, it was the historic Unconference, you know.

We do things a little bit differently here at the Unconference.
