It sounds more like a nightclub than Metro City, but I can see why people sat on the title screen just to listen to it.

Now, the Commodore 64 and this one's by Dave Lowe, who wrote under the name Uncle Art.

That's the SID chip keeping a busy little bass line going underneath Lee, and it's a cheerful tune.
