But if they're just going to exile it with Causes Command or just by casting Ugin, then is that really making a difference in my specific game plan? Or do I need to change my strategy instead of being more controlly and trying to stop what they're doing and reacting to what they're doing? Do I need to be more proactive and fill that kind of slot with something like a White Orc and Phantom that I know can stop them from getting off the off the ground initially and even casting the one ring, the Karns, the Ugins, that kind of thing.

And that's what I'm still working through right now.

And that's kind of where I'm at with my preparation and my strategy is I am trying to identify my strategy for certain matchups.

But also, Rust takes him back one step further from Ugin mana, so we've evened out everything and nothing matters.

But they all, all the Broodscale decks now have, I think, four Sowing Mycospawn and four Emrakul, and probably two to four Ugin's Lab, and then some number of other sevens to support the Ugin's Labs.

So they've kind of become much more of an Emrakul deck, and, like, you'll usually see two or three Blade of the Bloodchief, not even four.

So they're, like, doing this threat of the turn three combo, and, you know, Urza's Saga obviously is a lot more effective copies of Blade.

You know, it's not a very powerful thing to spend three mana to like ramp a little bit, and the payoff of the Emrakul also seems like it's a little slow.

So, like you've done tap all your lands and do nothing with those because you have no cards in hand probably at that point in the game.

And then also- Imagine you use three mana to attach this Emrakul to your land effectively, and then on a later turn you just draw Ugin's Lab and you don't have a seven anyways.
