UFC Performance Institute

So our first fight was in 2017 when he fought over ring.

I trained Francis exclusively at the UFC PI in the last few weeks, the coach, uh, uh, for, for not Lopez and Jerome Labaner came out here the last few weeks, but I trained Francis the whole time when he knocked out over ring with the uppercut of best uppercut ever seen in MMA.

Uh, uh, And that got us more fights.

And eventually I was in Francis' corner when we lost to Stipe the first time.

So I'm doing a sit down with Ryan.

I'm going to, um, the UFC Performance Institute.

So, um, sit down with Conor and Ryan, and I really wanna see what Conor looks like.

And that will kinda give me all I need to know about how this fight plays out.

And, uh, it literally, I will say, it was the best training camp of me life.

I was training there and at the UFC Performance Institute.

Fucking I was out there for about seven, eight weeks, and the training I got out there was unbelievable.

My biggest regret is just not going sooner-

She filled in for Sofia Montenegro, and she put up 250 total strikes with 115 of those being significant in that debut.

She trains at the UFC PI, so she is used to the elevation.

She has good cardio, and she's had a bit of a weird career, man.

She got TKO'd in her one and only amateur fight and thought, fuck it, let's go pro anyway.

Yeah.

Right? I also saw another quote inside the UFC PI before I fought, and it said, if you expect to be a world champion, it doesn't matter who they put in front of you.

Mm-hmm.

So, man, you can give me a hard fight, you can give me an easy fight.

I think now SoCal's going to, like, Cub and everybody, now they're opening their gyms, and now I think people are going to start coming back.

Again, I think PI, the UFC PI, I think they just have more stuff out there.

But, again, we were talking about it.

Having those big gyms, like where you have those super gyms, it's great to a certain point, but I think... you get lost in the sauce because you have Marab and other people and like in a big gym.

I don't think the grappling is going to be a massive thing here.

I also know at the UFC PI in Mexico, there's not a lot of coaching there.

There's not a lot of people coaching these, you know, the techniques, a lot of good bodies in the room, but not a lot of techniques.
