UD Arena

They did have a contingency plan.

They were gonna go play at UD Arena, um, if there was bad weather.

UD's gonna play Xavier after Ohio State plays Cincinnati.

So now it's kinda like what they did when they were on, um, uh- You know, some of the aircraft carriers similar, but this is like tennis.

We'll go through obviously the storylines that we're looking for here with the Musketeers and the Flyers.

These two teams played a couple of years ago in an exhibition that Xavier won that was at UD Arena.

Now they play again in an exhibition.

This time it's gonna be outside at a tennis court.

Yeah, exactly

... our high school gym is l- our high school gym is like the UD Arena.

On the 4th of July, fireworks are going off at the Memorial Auditorium in Greenville, South Carolina, and he goes to a double countout with Ric Flair.

July 5th, Dayton Arena, Raleigh, North Carolina.

Another double count out with Ric Flair.

July 6th in the Sumter County Exposition Center in Sumter, South Carolina.

And then luckily we only had like 30 minutes left in our car ride.

and we arrived to ud arena and remember this is march madness so it's a there's a lot of security there's a credential process i said we gotta go straight to the front door i have to go inside i bolt past the current the media credential area i said i'll come back and check in this is an emergency and i think everyone can read between the lines as to what happened next

Yeah, you said be super descriptive, as vivid as possible.

I think that's not going to continue into past the doors of UD Arena.

I don't think anybody needs that.

I just think it's a miracle that they let you in without getting your credential first, because if they hadn't, you might have ended up on the noose.

Let's just say that in the front entrance of UD Arena.

But I mean, honestly, I'll never forget it.

The food distribution will take place Thursday, 10 a.m. to noon.

Guests are being advised to arrive at Entrance B on Edwin C. Moses Boulevard and drive to the left side of UD Arena.

Early arrivals will be before 9 a.m. or discouraged because they got to get organized.

They always say that, but they got to get organized.

The event is held in collaboration with CIXA, CareSource, and the University of Dayton and Dayton Public Schools.

CIXA will have pet food available for cats and dogs.

So if you are dealing with hunger and you need food for your family or yourself or whatever it might be, make sure you're there this Thursday, 10 a.m. to noon at UD Arena.

So there you go.

Maybe it'd be like an accident on the highway or traffic, you know, some sort of big rig accident, you know, whatever.

And I would get the call and they'd say, hey, can you go up in the chopper? So I would meet the chopper over at the parking lot at UD Arena because the airport where it came from was the, I forget what it's called, but it's the one down in Springboro.

close to austin landing and uh that's where chopper 7 was uh was stored and they were uh they would fly over and uh to ud i'd meet them i'd hop in and we'd take off and we'd go do whatever we did and i don't remember the pilot's name but he was a really good pilot and really nice guy and it was uh It was interesting.

I remember a few times he took me on a quote unquote joyride where he'd like we'd finish what we were shooting.
