She has held various leadership possessions, including Director of Pharmacy at UCSF Health, Executive Director of Pharmacy and Clinical Nutrition Services at CHOC Children's, and Clinical Manager at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.

Her expertise spans medication safety, pharmacy operations, healthcare technology and automation, and pediatric pharmacy services.

A widely published author and sought-after speaker, Dr. Ju has presented extensively on clinical pharmacy topics and held adjunct faculty appointments at multiple schools of pharmacy and nursing.

This was in 2010, I believe it was.

2010 to 2015, I worked for UCSF Medical Center in San Francisco.

And I guess from the point I left school up until that point, I was continuing to move upward, right? So I'm getting greater responsibility, making more money.

And then at At the point, the big project that we launched at UCSF was opening a new hospital, an incredible project.

OpenAI also launched a healthcare public data plugin connecting to nine public sources, including clinicaltrials.gov. CMS coverage, RxDorm and PubMed.

UCSF Health is already piloting this.

It's kind of interesting.

He was, um, he was an, a child and adult psychiatrist, um, at UCSF, University of California, San Francisco Medical Center, and he was, uh, doing grand rou- rounds at the hospital, and he overheard a young boy with leukemia ask the doctor, "What is it like to die?" The doctor changed the subject and asked the child about his bowel movements.

Wondering where the child would get his answer, Jerry, he's called Jerry Jampolsky, found that it was with the cleaning lady who was at ease in discussing such a topic.

And Jerry realized that there needed to be a safe place for kids and adults to, to be able to honestly discuss their own questions, fears, and thoughts, and that's what got him on, uh, this whole way of healing, foun- finding-- founding the Center for Attitudinal Healing.

We went to places like Google and Reddit and Facebook and And we built this technology front end to look for discussions where people might be discussing the types of symptoms that are associated with myasthenia gravis.

And we partnered with University of San Francisco Medical Center to conduct a survey.

that would get sent out to these people who were discussing their symptoms, and they could fill out this very quick survey, and they could very quickly share those results then with clinicians at University of San Francisco Medical Center.

Based on that, those clinicians would select those survey results that they thought warranted more follow-up with an actual HCP and an actual set of tests to get diagnosed.

And from that, we found in a very, very short time we found about 20 patients in just 10 weeks.
