UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital Oakland

So Noemi Spinazzi is the director of Children's Specialized Hospital Down Syndrome Center of Excellence.

After graduating from pediatric residency at the UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital in Oakland, California, Dr. Spinazzi founded a Down syndrome program at UCSF, known as Charlie's Clinic.

She is now the co-chair of the Down Syndrome Medical Interest Group, and the Down Syndrome and Autism Therapy Work Group, and she serves on the board, uh, of the National Down Syndrome Congress, and on the medical advisory board of the Arc of New Jersey.
