There was also a lawsuit filed by a coalition of nonpartisan voter service and civic organizations, including the League of Women Voters of Massachusetts, the League of Women Voters nationally, the Association of Americans Resident Overseas, U.S. Vote Foundation, OCA, Asian Pacific, Asian Advocates, and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated.

Well, I'm representing today.

They also were part of this lawsuit.

I don't know any women that are part of the League of Women Voters, but they always are involved with Mark Elias and frivolous lawsuits to stop actual election integrity.

So what they have now is League of Women Voters, Association for American Residents Overseas, U.S. Vote Foundation, the OCA Asian Pacific American Advocates.

Delta Sigma Theta sorority are plaintiffs against ACLU.

Of course, the the post-constitutional cesspool known as the Brennan Center for Justice, a usual node and others are the plaintiffs.

They both come to her court.

One group is organizational plaintiffs, so the League of Women Voters, the Association of American Residents Overseas, the U.S. Vote Foundation, OCA, Asian Pacific American Advocates, and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., I don't know.

I'm not quite sure what their interest is here.

All of these organizations would be great organizations to donate to.

The problem? One of those roadblocks was an active standing injunction issued August 11th that specifically barred USPS from initiating or completing rulemaking of any kind.

A coalition of voting rights groups, the League of Women Voters of Massachusetts, the National League of Women Voters, the U.S. Vote Foundation, and a few others filed an emergency motion that weekend asking Judge Telwani to enforce her own injunction.

Their filing put it bluntly.

The administration flouted the unambiguous terms of this court's injunction and injected the very chaos the injunction existed to prevent.

It landed in court almost immediately on two separate tracks.

Track one was the voting rights groups on April 2nd, a coalition of the ACLU, the League of Women Voters, the U.S. Vote Foundation, and others sued, calling the order unconstitutional and warning it could disenfranchise eligible voters through data errors and rushed rollout.

The other track was for the states.

One day later, 23 Democratic-led states and Washington, D.C. filed their own suit.
