Sometimes it does take, no one wants to hear this, but a year or two, three years for those changes to bear fruits.

Tyler Zombro was promoted to vice president of pitching.

We know the issue over the years, it was pitching development.

In fact, that, that goes back to the Theo era.

And, like, here we are all this time later.

Obviously, you have a new president of baseball operations.

Now the Cubs have promoted Tyler Zombro, so he's only in the early stages of, like, getting his footing in terms of, like, how he's affecting the organization and, and their infrastructure and stuff.

Um, but yeah.

Yeah.

Obviously Tyler Zombros has i- influence on it.

Uh, I think Cubs continue to draft hitters, uh, who quickly become assets.

Um, I think their pitching at the Major League level overall has been pretty good, uh, year over year.

So we'll see what that looks like next year.

Yeah, that's a big Zombro thing.

He likes weird and outlier pitchers.

And by dropping that arm slot, he still has a lot of ability to create breaking balls.
