he's been getting worked and Clint Kubiak said that they like what he brings to the table I'm no PFF guy I'm not an offensive line coach what I've seen hasn't been great from him and even Tyler Linderbaum right they went out and gave him 80 million dollars they backed up the Brinks truck for him to be the center and he struggled immediately hey I haven't played at the level that this organization expected when they brought me in and so he did a little bit better last week against the Rams but against the Bills he was absolutely dominated and again he admitted that in the locker room after the game to us so I really, I would go, if I had to go in pecking order, I would say the offensive line is first, the running backs are second, and then the fact that the wide receivers aren't separating from their, you know, the guys that are guarding them, the DBs or linebackers, whoever is guarding them, is also the other thing that, you know, they don't feel like they're a threat.

So they load up the box and say, okay, well, we'll believe it when we see it, when these guys are going to beat us, you know, one-on-one coverage.

And so far, Trey Tucker in the fourth quarter is the only time that that really happens.

The other thing, too, is, Bill, and I know I touched on offensive line as an issue here, we knew 40% of their offensive line was going to be different coming into the season, and then all their plans at center after the Tyler Linderbaum departure to the Raiders in free agency changed.

completely blew up I mean whether it was Danny Pinter who they signed in free agency being out um and I think he's out for the year uh and then Javon Gwynn goes out with an injury their other center uh who they acquired Ethan Pochich gets injured and then this week even their uh first round draft choice who was drafted to play guard and then moved to center um You know, Venga Ioane gets hurt last week.

I don't know what his status is for this week, but they've had a load of problems just trying to capably fill the position with somebody that's comfortable playing there.

They have the best center in football.

So Linderbaum is the best center in football and they paid him huge money to come in.

The Raiders offensive line is not bad.

They don't have a great run offensive line, but pass offensive line.

Last year, the Raiders were dead last in rushing 78 yards a game, roughly there.

So they go out, they spend the money, they brought in Tyler Linderbaum and Spencer Burford up front.

Kubiak came from Seattle where his outside zone scheme helped that team rush for almost 2,100 yards.
