Um, you've been looking at Simpson Thatcher in particular.

particular.Very exciting.

I'm, I'm relocating to New York and, and the, uh, Simpson Thatcher as I see it is, is, uh, I'm not gonna use the word illustrative 'cause we keep using that.

I'm gonna say they're, uh, exemplary of, of, uh, they're an exemplary inductee of this inaugural New York 100, um, report, which is broadly about as we keep kind of increasingly, uh, repeatedly beating the drum of London as a, as a financial hub.

But the, but the, the New York City is the command center.

Um, and so New York is one of those firms bulking up its New York office of partner promotions as well as lateral hires, while also looking outward, firing, firing on all cylinders.

Um, the, the firm's data maps perfectly onto the narrative being built by news stories coming out of New York and London because it's, it's building organically with nearly four promotions for every 10 current New York, uh, partners, which is high intensity, uh, internal investment, but it's not only building organically, it's aggressive in the lateral market.

What are you most, uh, this isn't an interview with our, one of our own reporters, but I'm [chuckles] I'm intrigued to hear, I'm intrigued to hear what you think, given what you've been hearing and all the work you've been doing so far, what's gonna be the most interesting thing that you're gonna be tracking when you're actually on the ground?
