How has that been developed and how did you develop that yourself?

Um, I mean, all three of those cases are very different in terms of how they came on.

All three were late in the process.

Uh, you know, Desmond was the guy that Phil knew about for a long time, but like, I mean, we see Desmond high school, Desmond's five, nine, right.

And at that point he was probably a buck, a buck 80 and a big features.

Like Phil loves big heads, big hands.

Like Desmond had that, um, But then his senior year, you know, he has an unbelievable senior year.

What stories do you rely on to say, hey, like you could be this guy, you could be this guy that only takes one year of special play to be, you know, NFL draft pick?

How do you deal with that? And how do you find out what the truth is about what an offer somebody else might have out for one of your guys or a guy you're recruiting?

It's an easy answer for all those questions.

Relationships.

Starting with the relationships with the guys you're building and the players and their families.

Not all of our guys have agents.

There's a good chunk that do.

Relationships with agents is more important now than it's ever been.

Yeah, I'll never forget.

I was out shopping with my wife and I think it was like a Saturday or something like that.

And I'm...

I was just venting in the car with my wife about how stressful work has been and everything like that.

And it was the same day that my colleague got let go because she wasn't performing enough.

And as I mentioned last time, when I got hired with them, We had about 80 brokers on our team, and she got hired the same time I did.
