Maybe tonight's the night where we see Kosiek Paula, maybe Tyler Atkinson, maybe Rocky Cummings get a little bit of run.

There's no doubt you will.

It's, the question at the linebacker spot, however, I think Jermaine Bishop will make a couple plays tonight.

... it'll be the same trio that we saw, uh, a week ago.

So for Tyler Atkinson, for Rocky Cummings or Akosua Opala-

... just getting game reps so that they can watch film.

Okay, great.

And so, you know, but this is a game where he should have an opportunity to get out there, get some reps, make sure that he's getting the calls, that kinda thing.

Same for Rocky Cummings and Tyler Atkinson.

And I think all three of them are gonna be really, really talented in their own right at some point.

And then, you know, again, if, if this game goes according to plan you should see a lot of the younger guys playing.

So, you know, it should be a really good opportunity for those, those linebackers, uh, the Akosua Apauhs, uh, Rocky Cummings, and even Tyler Atkinson to get some more reps.

Uh, as well as some of those, you know, younger defensive linemen, right? We've seen them go to Richard Wesley in the past, but-

Obviously, there wasn't Johnny Mance in that practice today, but does the role of a Mark Stoops increase? Especially for those younger linebackers where you look at a game like Ohio State when Texas has its best personnel on the field, only three linebackers, right, is Raheem Biles, Justin Cryer, and then Brad Spence.

How do you find a way to get those guys breathers later as the season progresses? It starts in games like this on Saturday, where you get really valuable extended reps for a Kosie Opalor or a Tyler Atkinson or a Rocky Cummings.

That is top of mind for me as we look into really just three weeks until eight consecutive weeks will result in the Longhorns playing an SEC opponent.

We did not see Kosy Okpala, Rocky Cummings, or Tyler Atkinson.

We're going to see those guys on Saturday.

Texas needs more depth at linebacker than just Byles, Cryer, and Brad Spence.

um Casey Barner, it reminds me a little bit right now of Caleb Downs, Justice Terry, Tyler Atkinson, maybe DJ Jacobs in this cycle.

But there is the growing tendency of guys in the state of Georgia going – elsewhere.
