And the other thing I should mention, which is also kind of part of what drove me into this company, is I'm from Ontario originally.

I'm a member of the Mohawks of the Bay of Quinte First Nation, Tyendinaga.

And so I was sitting in my office and I just saw that press release for Nations Royalty IPO back in February 2024. and was super intrigued at the idea because I was somewhat aware of some of these agreements that various First Nations have been getting across the country and was pretty familiar with the royalty game and ultimately was on the phone with them within an hour saying, you know, I'd love to come work for this company.

I think it's a really neat, interesting new take on the mining royalty space, which I think has some advantages in solving maybe some of the other challenges that some of the other royalty companies have.
