Ty Higgins

The holiday covers both gasoline and on-road diesel, suspending the state's 47 cent per gallon diesel tax.

It's just one other piece of conversations on farmers' minds as our own Ty Higgins jumped into the cab yesterday with Mike Lutmer for the latest Cab Cam.

Let's check in.

The first Cab Cam of the 2026 harvest season was in Warren County with Mike Lutmer.

Let's get an update now from Ty Higgins on meat exports.

High-level trade talks were held last week in conjunction with the summit meeting between President Trump and Chinese President Xi Jinping.

And while no breakthroughs were announced on trade, US Meat Export Federation President and CEO Dan Halstrom says he is cautiously optimistic about beef and pork trade issues.

This also provides a path forward where we can maybe separate agriculture, and specifically US beef and pork, from some of these other overlying high-level issues, whether they be Taiwan or anything else for that matter.

The reality is that our issues are mainly scientific trade issues that have to be worked out, the devil's in the details, and I think this does provide us a path forward to get some clarification around some of the testing requirements that are required for US, uh, beef and pork, for example.

You can read more about China trade talks providing some optimism for US beef and pork exports online now at ohioagnet.com. I'm Ty Higgins reporting.

Thanks, Ty.

Hey, thanks, Ryan.

New tariffs are being imposed on imported drones and drone parts and components.

How might this move impact American agriculture? joined by two experts from the policy and the business front.

Always good to see you.

Thanks so much.

And as always, great to be with you, Ty.

So let's start by putting these new tariffs into perspective for us.

Thanks, John.

Let's check in now with Ty Higgins as he takes a look at a new Ohio Agritourism Guide.

Dusty, Ohio Farm Bureau has released a new guide designed to help farmers better understand the legal, regulatory, and risk considerations involved with opening their farms to the public.

Agritourism continues to grow as a way for farm families to diversify their businesses, create additional income, and connect consumers directly with agriculture.

The new Ohio Farm Bureau Agritourism Guide brings information and resources together in one place.

Topics include liability protection, risk management, zoning, building and fire codes, ADA requirements and service dogs, vendors licenses, food and beverage sales, amusement attractions and farm stays.

The guide is available exclusively to Ohio Farm Bureau members and you can find out more about it online now at OhioAgNet.com. I'm Ty Higgins reporting.

And thanks, Ty.

To put it in perspective of what this decor could look like for Bowling Green, they bring back a 26-point player out of Breck McKinley.

They bring back an 11 points in 20 games out of Ty Higgins.

They also bring in Mazden Leslie, who was a shade under a point per game in the dub.

Pateras Boulans, who was... a little over a point every other game in the queue.

But I know this much on defense: he's gonna be one of the defensive ends that can crash in on you so quick.

And Ty Higgins, the quarterback for Spirit Lake, is gonna have to be ready for that because Ty had a great game against Okoboji.

But it, it, it ...

With, with, with DeJean in there, it's a whole different story.
