Twitches

And it's kind of like if anybody has seen Sister Sister which I'm also going to review.

I love Sister Sister but Yes, it's Twitches 1 and 2, both really good.

I don't know which one I like more.

It kind of fluctuates every Halloween.

I feel like it's really divided because they're so different, but they're also really similar.

But anyways, it's really good.

And I think everybody should watch Twitches.

And yeah, tell me what you think.

And I'm Jackie.

And we are here this week to review and discuss Twitches 2.

Go Twitches.

Go Twitches.

I don't get it.

I don't understand the title.

Twitches 2?

Like, that's basically how the title card reads, and I don't understand

And I'm Jackie.

And we are here this week to review and discuss Twitches, the 2005 DCOM which I'm going to assume you have never seen.

No.

Clearly, Hocus Pocus was all I needed in my life as a child because I missed out on this, I missed out on Halloweentown.

Everything's great." And then you realize that there are strings attached.

The only thing I don't like about this, and it, it's, it's kind of the underlying theme, is when they're done and they're thrilled with the fact that they've harnessed these powers, or at least they think they have.

They start with a, "Go Twitches.

Go Twitches."

Well, TV.

"Twitches" came out in 2005 in October, which is so iconic to me because I remember loving "Sister, Sister," obviously Tia and Tamera-

Mm-hmm

... and having their own twist of being witches in, like, this was such a big deal for me in high school.

Huge.

I read all of those books twice.

Um, "Twitches," yeah.

And you know what's funny to me is, like, remembering the innocence of ourselves because you said you were in high school when "Twitches" came out.

I'm Megan.

And I'm Jenny, and today we're talking about Twitches Too.

Such a good throwback.

I'm so excited to talk about this today.

Of course.

I'm so glad you liked it.

Okay, but in this episode, we're talking about Twitches Too, the alleged rift between Tia and Tamera Mowry, and the unaired alternate ending that gives us a peek at what would have happened next in the Twitches series if they had made a third one.

And thank you so much, because this episode was a request, and we really appreciate your requests and your recommendations.

All right.

Knowing nothing about what happens in Twitches and Twitches Too, you're in charge of producing the final chapter in the Twitches trilogy.

What's your pitch? Or should I say twitch?

Hmm.

It's, it's Twitches 3, you said?

Yeah.

Okay.

Or Twitches Three.

Mm-hmm.

Um, so normally what we've done for Halloween is we've watched Halloweentown, but we have already watched all of the Halloweentowns, so what are we gonna do this year? Twitches, baby.

Yeah.

We're gonna spin between all of our remaining Halloween movies, which are Twitches and Twitches Too.

And if it lands on Twitches Too, we'll do Twitches one, 'cause we gotta cover that one first.

All right, let's do it.

Actually, do we have any other arguably Halloween movies?

No.
