One that I think is the clearest example of what AI negligence looks like at scale.

Starbucks in Korea launched a promotional Tumblr.

They called it the SS Tank.

They called the campaign Tank Day.

I found out about this, this Tumblr day, like this morning from an email.

And I was like, Sam, we're grabbing the kid, hopping the station wagon, grab the Tumblr.

Martini glass? I'm not sure.

Stemless wine glass? A champagne coupe? Tumbler?

I feel like, I mean, you know, if you're a person, you have an actual, like you're taking care of that fish and you know, that kind of person from all accounts, like you put

I don't know, from what his friends and stuff are describing it, he'd be like, yeah, I'm going to go on this DMT-fueled spirit trip, but I'm going to take my fish with me.

Maybe it was a fucking suicide trip.

There's a couple of things that are really interesting here.

So number one, they've got a free Tumblr, which again, free gift with purchase to me is like one of the best, you know, offer mechanics that you can throw in, especially if you can produce something for fairly low cost.

So if you have high contribution margin or high gross profit on that product, again, they're probably... to be honest, not even selling this separately.

It's more of just like a very cheap add-on that's branded.
