Tshilidzi Marwala

For the first time in history, leaders are managing two workforces, a human one and a digital one.

And I've written a lot about this with Professor Marwala, and I just met with him a bit earlier today.

He talked about we must now train leaders or reskill leaders to manage both people and and the AI agents.

So what does this look like in the new workforce? You know, he talked about yesterday leaders allocated tasks.

So I think the big thing, which I shared with you a little bit earlier, we cannot leave the AI to data scientists or technology teams.

And I think that piece is important.

You know, Marwala and I talk about it is the scientist and I'm the practitioner.

So those of us who lead people own this conversation.
