Trudy Goodman

So the first thing is to stop the reasoning.

I called, um, Trudy Goodman, who's my mentor.

She's a meditation teacher, founder of Inside LA, and I was like so distraught by the ending of the sangha.

And, you know, Trudy's 81 now, and she takes my calls from this like wise mentor role, and she listens to me, and she listens to me.

And then she said, she said at the end of the call, she was like, "Well, Diana, you know, it sounds like you've spent a year and a half, a year and a half of your life building something really beautiful and now it's coming to an end.

So be it and so it is." Maybe it's a life that's coming to an end.
