Troy

Yeah, I mean, it's it's I think that's, for me, the hardest thing to wrestle with, as I like watch a ton of people from the county who, you know, like, I've got a guy that I'm in a fantasy league with.

They live in Troy, Missouri.

And they were talking about.

in the city, quote unquote.

So backing that up a little bit.

Just getting people, I think, to really explore and step out of their comfort zone is, I think, ultimately what it boils down to.

And unfortunately, there are, I have to attribute it to just like narrative forces, as it were, because that's the only common thread with all of, with someone in, I won't pick on Troy, with someone in, you know, Westphalia, Missouri, or whatever, Alaska, right? Like, who has, who only knows a certain...

being in Maryville showed me this like, Oh, so this is how small town people work.

And he had a, he practiced law.

He'd gone to Harvard Law School, but we lived in Troy, Missouri, population 1738.

So for the first few years, he practiced law.

He made more money playing dance jobs on weekends.

Oh, I'm going to do both, studio and stage.

But what was your first rush on stage when you were up there and you were going, oh, man, this is the coolest thing ever?

I was in high school, and I started a little rock band, playing our first gig at the American Legion Hall in Troy, Missouri.

That was a huge thrill.

Deep voice dude paying tribute to me, which is really the right thing to do.

Tim totally called Troy keeping it close to Mizzou.

Have to hand it to him.

Have to.

Four against Dallas.

The tournament ended at like 5.15.

So you were able to settle in and watch some Troy.

Yeah, on the phone.
