Sure, the Isle of Arran is off the west coast of Scotland.

It's an hour from Ardrossan, or an hour and a quarter from Troon.

People maybe know Troon better because of the golf.

I, I sent out a trip to a group of, of, uh, members that had traveled with me in the past, and we've kind of done a lot of the big places, but we just wanted to do something really different.

So we set off and, and did a little bit of a West Coast excursion where we, we kind of, um, we did a home base at Loch Green House in Troon, which kept us within 45 minutes of the Glasgow Airport.

So we played the usuals.

We played Turnberry, Prestwick, Western Gales, and Troon.

But then we did these little day trips where we took the ferry over to Arran and played Shiskine one day and then ferried back after golf.

And we set up these trips with Loganair where we flew out to, to Islay and played Machrie, and then we flew back.

Hey, real quick, Brad, a week ago, I was playing golf in Scotland and I was playing at Troon where I don't know, 40, 50 yards down the fairway on the first hole.

And my caddy says, where are you from? I said, I'm from the U.S., Ogden, Utah.

And he said to me, man, there's really a good track in Ogden, Utah, the Ogden Golf and Country Club.

So it was a happy childhood, went to school at Dundonald Primary and then after that you get sent over Dundonald Hill to Troon where you go to Mark College where you're in with other primaries as well.

But that is where I met other groups of people, other friends.

I really enjoyed it there and Dundonald's a place that's really I love it that much that I've settled here.

More than 100 pro-independence campaigners gathered on the Isle of Arran on Saturday to embark on a sail for freedom, adorning ferries from Ardrossan and Troon with flags and banners.

They then gathered on the island for a piper-led march before a community evening featuring live music, activities like a small ceilidh and speeches.

The rally was organised to be a high-visibility mobilisation and cultural gathering travelling across the Firth of Clyde to the Isle of Arran, bringing together pro-independence voices from various coastal communities.

And I would just, I would just start driving around.

The problem was I was 23, and even then it cost 250 pound to play Troon.

So, like, I'm not going to tar the West Coast, but Glasgow chippies are pish, right? On the whole, right? There might be a couple of exceptions, but the best chippies are Aberdeen, brilliant chippies.

Dundee has brilliant chippies.
