So that means it wouldn't be, like, monetized or whatever.

Like, you can't get money.

Any top tips that you've found from running so many ads, not just for you and for your own team, but now for, like, agents all over? Like, any top tips that you'd have for anybody that's wanting to set up meta ads?

Yeah, absolutely.

I, I would say the first thing, and, um, you know, this is, this is the most important, is you gotta have a good offer in place to actually be advertising online.

If you have a bad offer, two things are gonna happen.

Your cost per lead's gonna be more expensive, and the quality of your lead's gonna be down.

So, like, first, you know, really figure out exactly in your market what is something that you can, you know, showcase to buyers or sellers that's really gonna get them to raise their hand.

We like to call them hand raisers.

Like, yeah.

Give me some evidence that your, that your story is any better or any worse than Raynor Winn's and Moth's.

So I'm going, "That's, that's the way it is." But as a story, it may be partly fact, partly fiction, and a story in the middle, it still holds together as being inspirational.

And now the book has inspired Tristan to embark on his own walking adventure.

I'm excited and nervous, yeah, yeah, yeah.

As my threads of, "Yeah, I'm gonna go and do this," I find more and more people who've done bits of it or done all of it or something like that, and I'm going, "Yeah, I'm not completely crazy." But yeah, there's a trepidation in it.

So yeah, I've, I've got some plans in my head about doing it next summer.
