Trey Ebel

They didn't have that many selections.

Certainly, Trey Ebel and Sawyer Stroh-Snyder.

We didn't get to see a lot of these guys in the minors and the upper minors, but we did see Stroh-Snyder and Ebel a little bit to a lesser extent.

I think he might have gotten hurt there at the end, but... are though like what do you think of those guys just in brief and and was there is there anybody else from this class that really you know that really has your attention even if we haven't seen a whole lot yet

You mentioned alumni, some of the big prospects.

Brady and Trey Ebel, those young brothers, back-to-back years.

Yeah.

or first-round picks.

Uh, let's just say that when you check out this clip, you know what you're gonna be saying, Doug? "Oh, brother."

And a fun note here that it was actually Trey Ebel's brother Brady who was at the plate when the game was suspended.

So Trey just picking up where his brother left off.

Brady earlier in that game was hit by a pitch, stole a base, and came around to score.

Yeah

...

Brady Ebel started an at bat, and then his real brother in real life, Trey Ebel, finished the same at bat.

Okay? [laughs] This would make no sense in any other context.

Like you'll hit, let's just say Brady Ebel.

I guess you could say Trey Ebel as well.

Yeah,

they did just draft both Ebel brothers.

I don't know, Brock Wilkins did not have a superlative year this season by any means.

I mean, this year,

even their second rounder, Sawyer Strohsnyder, who got $700,000 less than Trey Ebel, pick 66, I wouldn't exactly label him as the pure hitting, no power type.

He'd be the opposite of that for me.
