Trestle bridge

This is three kilometers from my fridge, and about two kilometers to go for my turnaround.

The plan is to run over the Blenkinsop trestle bridge, say hi to my friend Roy, and check the back gate of Garden Works.

If it's open, then I have generated half a kilometer shortcut.

If it's closed, I continue my run onto the next road, which has featured many times in my podcasting story, a road called Loeb Runner.

The last three supply trains vanished somewhere between mile 13 and the split at Old Boone's Trestle.

Nothing recovered but fragments.
