And, and still I'd work hard, but you know, send some resumes, right? Like oh, I want to get the big money site jobs.

Do you know what I mean? I don't want to necessarily work in this fab shop for the rest of my life, so I'm going to send out resumes.

And then you get the call, right? And it's like, "Hey, we're looking for an all-position flux-core welder, and it's in this community, and, and you're going to work, you know, 10 hours a day." And it's like you, you have all these reasons to say no, 'cause it's like I'm in a city that I'm comfortable with.

You know, maybe I got a girlfriend in that city.

You know, 'cause, like, I feel like, you know, these big numbers that are thrown around about how many people we need in the industry, it's not just welders that we need, you know? And I feel like that's kind of a visibility thing that we could do better at, and so, like, the CWB, how do you guys go about showing people these different pathways?
