Tremor

An artist unafraid of cross-genre experimentation, Daniel Avery is a leading innovator in contemporary electronic music.

Spanning shoegaze, ambient, techno and industrial electronica, his latest effort Tremor siphons the best of these into something distinctly his own.

I caught up with Daniel ahead of this record's live debut at Rising in Melbourne to chat about consolidation of influences, rock music and more.

Dan Avery.

I think a lot of them.

Something like Black Sabbath, I think, especially on this new record, Tremor, has really come back to the fore.

Yeah.
