Tre'Davious White

Tre'Davious White we see him listed as the starting, uh, free safety on the depth chart.

I know the depth chart could always change.

As Clint Kubiak told us earlier today, it's just a piece of paper.

The Bills are weird because, so they, they cleared out a lot of, a lot of sort of old guard players, you know, like, like Tre White and they, and they also, they, they had Joey Bosa last year, who remains unsigned, but will I assume hook up with his racist ass brother in San Francisco-

... a bit of a, a counterp- a counter to what worked in Jacksonville and did not work against the Broncos.

But then again, like, Tre'Davious White goes out for one play because he's injured.

Both of them are probably going to be locks for the playoffs, but I think the Bills are going to be a team that hits their stride in late December and January.

This young defense hopefully will get better as time goes on, but it's just so hard to predict because this team relied so heavily on veterans last year like Tredavious White and Matt Milano, so we don't know how they're going to look getting so much younger.

But I believe now, and my opinion with them changed a ton throughout the summer.

Yeah! The Iceman cometh.

And if Benford or Harrison get hurt, like, they're screwed if Kenai Walker is on the roster or if he's not.

So if that does happen, you know, that's when you think maybe, you know, you call up a guy like Trey White will be ready at any given moment.

But for now I think three corners is just fine because having another guy for the sake of having another guy who hasn't done anything, I don't really see how that helps you.

I thought they would just want the depth because of like what you said though, about just how for years they've had injuries there and it's, Yeah, no, I agree.

I know we kind of talked about it a little bit, but yeah, I think he definitely called up at some point because I think somebody will get banged up on the outside corner.

For a week or two, they'll either not be 100%, so they just want that guy there in case one week, or they know for a fact they're going to be missing and they've got to call somebody up.

But again, who knows? Maybe it's Trey White that ends up being the guy they call instead and they say, hey, suit up.

But I would expect that they would go with the know you we talked earlier scott about the young versus old but i just as much as yes it's nice to be able to call trey white up and say hey you want to come play if i would i personally would rather have them go can i walk through because i'd rather want the youth especially in a defense that i mean i guess we still don't know how much man or zone they're going to play but i'd rather want the youth and the guy that's been in the rooms For the last, however, weeks, many weeks, you know, this isn't go get Trey White and it's Sean McDermott's defense and he knows it and there's going to be no bumps.

You know?

So are you, like, are you guys, like, actively hoping the Bills find a way to get Tre White? Is he sort of-

I, I'm saying no to Tre White, and I'm using the same ideology people use on bend but don't break.

I think Tre White is the bend but don't break addition.

I'd rather try a young kid over the course of the season to see if there's a, a, a better ceiling and a better fit.

I don't know if it's going to happen.

I don't feel nearly as confident about Trey White.
