yeah

and And out of nowhere, you know, I was like, it just became such a family.

You know what I mean? This restaurant that we worked in, and it was kind of in this small town, so like everybody knew everybody, and it was just, it was really cool, but at the same time, it was weird in a way.

And like, whenever I said that, or whenever, you know, like I started posting on the internet that I was in a band and stuff like that, everybody was like, what are you doing like that's so not you that's not who you are like that you don't do this like you're you're not the person that you don't like attention you don't want to be the guy in the front of the room yeah and i kind of got like picked on a little bit about the decision of like being in a band and and you know i carried that with me for a really really long time like and it just was the gasoline to the fire that was my imposter syndrome for the last eight years, you know what I mean? But like, and so I think this album, there are, it's the absolute like, like concept of the album but it's almost like a thing to myself and kind of a flag putting in the ground for myself to move forward uh to just kind of like question um how other people make me feel about myself if that makes sense you know

Are you able to tell me about the writing process for this record?

Yeah, I mean, so we had, so let me think here.

We had, I think we had one, three demos that we brought in to make the album.

So we had like three ideas, but other than those three songs, We took off two months and were with our producer, Curtis Martin, and we wrote every 12, you know, every other song on the album was written from scratch in that two month period.
