Travel literature

I was in Berlin, as I mentioned.

And I thought I should go there and do a series of comics like Travelogue or just my own experiences.

Because at the time, there were a lot of cartoonists, including myself, who were doing autobiographical comics.

So why not do a comic about my experiences going to see something I'm interested in like this? When I got there...

Um, but I always knew that I wanted to be a teacher, so I ended up being a geography teacher as well.

Um, and then managed somehow to blend the teaching by going part-time and doing, uh, travel writing as well.

Um, so that's the sort of, the origin story as...

M- my background really is, is a blend of teaching and, um, writing.
