trash can

So this morning we got a message that said, Hey guys, I need to get this off my chest because my neighbour is driving me insane with his parking.

Every morning he moves his car and leaves his wheelie bins in his parking space so nobody can use it while he's gone and he's gone all day.

It's a small estate and parking is already a nightmare.

People have always parked outside my house while his empty space is sitting there blocked by two bins.

Multi-storey car park.

It's only a matter of time.

Yeah, so like, do you have the right to put wheelie bins out? I don't know.

I'd nearly like if that wasn't...
