I, at least we had basically nothing to, uh, call back to Energon or Super Link in the Legacy lineup, which I think was a travesty.

And, like, I'm glad something is going to exist out of that.

And, you know, Wild King toys, I have not been able to get any myself, unfortunately.

But everybody who has them seems to love them and say how fun they are.

Yeah.

And if I was gonna get this Optimus mold, like, this would end up being the one that I would ultimately wanna get, 'cause I love Energon Optimus Prime.

This is definitely Jolly Rancher Prime.

There is space in my heart for Beast Machines.

There is space in my heart for everything, except maybe Energon.

[laughs] Yeah.

But I, because I knew about Energon.

There was space in my heart for the War for Cybertron Trilogy.

I was, I was willing to give it a shot.

Yeah.

Um, but the Energon Universe itself has sold over 7.6 million units.

I just hope they do a good job-

Like, you know, middle of a fire fight, bullets, or lasers, 'cause it's Energon they're shooting, flying everywhere, and they're just like, "Oh, I just can't get over how fucking cool that is."

So the one on the left here is the, the clear variant of that.

We have, um, Energon Universe Optimus Prime, Energon Universe Starscream.

Uh, so you can see here, Starscream is half his tank, and Optimus Prime has his matrix open, or his chest open showing the matrix.

Um, the, uh, let's see.

They're gonna have Leader Scorponok.

It's not Energon, but they're saying it's a tooling kind of baked in of some sort, uh, something to an homage of an IDW or Bakutan 2014.

Um, they're also gonna have, like, a corrupt Optimus, says reactivate redeco, or it looks meaner, uh, in a Voyager.

They're gonna have a corrupted Prowl, a corrupted Bee, a corrupted Slug, which is Slag, and then, uh, the one that, that...

During the first two seasons of the cartoon, he could be categorized as ruthless, ambitious, arrogant, and driven by an insatiable hunger for power and conquest.

He is a capable, if not frequently overconfident, strategist and battlefield commander who devises elaborate schemes to steal Energon, weapons, or technology.

His plans range from cunning to absurdly over the top, and his arrogance, stubbornness, or refusal to heed warnings, especially when they come from Starscream, often lead to their failure.

Overall, G1 cartoon Megatron is the classic cartoon, quote-unquote, "evil overlord." You know, he's charismatic through sheer force of will and power, theatrical in his villainy, strong and formidable, but yet frequently undone by his own hubris, internal Decepticon infighting, and the Autobots' resilience.

yes like I I of course became a teenager it's like oh I'm too old for that stuff And then when I was in college, went to a sci-fi con and they had some Transformers stuff and I was like, oh, I really like this.

And Energon was out at the time.
