Trail Making Test

If you have to describe this cognitive endpoint that for many people may not be familiar with it, how would you describe this, the cognitive endpoint to a community oncologist, uh, to say, "This is the difference, and this is what we see it will impact the clinical practice"? So let's start with defining the cognitive decline endpoint and the true difference that was observed.

So the, uh, the cognition was assessed using a standardized, validated, uh, cognitive testing battery for oncology clinical trials that included the Hopkins Verbal Learning Test, Revised, the Controlled Oral Word Association Test, and the Trail Making Test, Parts A and B.

And this is a standard battery that has been used in many trials in the CNS oncology space and is, um, has very good data to support it, [smacks lips] uh, as a validated metric.

Basically, what it's testing is things like verbal learning, verbal fluency, executive function, and processing speed.
