Trace Gallagher

That was the source.

It was Trace Gallagher talking to Rick Caruso, entrepreneur and developer in Los Angeles.

Now, Rick had run for mayor in Los Angeles, and he was defeated by Karen Bass, and that was in 2022.

But now she is running to be reelected again, so voters have to decide whether they want her to extend her overarching entrepreneurial and spirit of California over the city of Los Angeles again for another six years.

So what happened? When Caruso lost the race for mayor, he had a lot of property on his plate because he's a huge developer and owns multiple little, uh, centers, commercial real estate.

One of the major real estate places that belongs to his development and property management is in Pacific Palisades, and it's a beautiful center.

And so when Trace Gallagher was interviewing him, they were walking on the reopened, brand-new, totally refurbished, absolutely gorgeous property of the Pacific Palisades.

It's a shopping center there.

Welcome back in to Clay and Buck.

So we are gonna join here shortly by Trace Gallagher.

But Clay, I actually think it's a great time to talk to Trace, uh, who just is a...

He's, he's just a class act.

He's a class act guy, you know, doing, doing great work in the, in the news business.

Uh, but, and I, I have that from many people.

Many people tell me Trace is a great guy.

Um, the breaking news coverage of this story has just been fa- I mean, meaning the way it has been covered has been so instructive today.

Look at those punches he landed.

That would be like Sean Hannity and Trace Gallagher.

Oh, that would be great.

Just going at it.

Listen to the Dan Levitard Show on the iHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever it is that you get your podcasts.

I am really pleased to welcome my guest, Trace Gallagher.

Trace is joining me to discuss his new book.

Turns out they were right all along.

Life lessons I learned eventually is available now.

It is a memoir told to the people who taught him.

Parents, coaches, mentors, a Hollywood stuntman, a NASA engineer turned winemaker, a teenage magician, and a yellow lab, along with the behind-the-scenes story of how a broke kid with a repossessed truck ended up anchoring a national newscast.

Trace, welcome, and thank you for joining me on Newt's World.

Well, in this episode, Trace Gallagher from Fox comes in.

Good dude.

Talked to him about everything.

Ow!

By Trace Gallagher, Life Lessons I Learned Eventually: Turns Out They Were Right All Along.

I'm telling you, it's just, uh...

Funny how that happens.

Fox News' chief breaking news correspondent and host of Fox News at Night, Trace Gallagher, has learned that lesson more than once.

And now he's sharing the stories, mistakes, and wisdom he picked up along the way in his great new book, Turns out they were right all along.

Life lessons I learned eventually.

The book right now, amazon.com, wherever books are sold.

Turns out they were right all along.

Must read from our good friend Trace Gallagher.

But before all this began, this adventure in broadcasting, you were a professional water skier, an unorthodox job to say the least.
