Toy Story Toons: Hawaiian Vacation

It is also going to be opened up by Hawaiian Vacation, which is a Toy Story short.

um the uh inspiration came from three places they wanted to make a spy movie and they had an abandoned sequence from the first film that they wanted to use uh they wanted to take characters around the world in the world grand prix and they also wanted to highlight mater what life is like for him when he reads leaves radiator springs and how it affects his friendship with mcqueen A lot of the inspiration was like John Lasseter thinking about how would Mater deal with this sort of auto experiences in different parts of the country, like driving on the wrong side of the road in the UK or driving on the Autobahn in Germany or being confused with the road signs in Japan.
