Tower of Dawn

Another book to keep an eye out for in my reread of Tower of Dawn, Irene and Kaol find a book that's called The Song of Beginnings.

And it was where they learned about the healer's power over Volg.

So that's another title that's like on my radar that I'm looking for.

Sarah was talking about movements all the way back when she wrote Empire of Storms and then Tower of Dawn.

Tower of Dawn is full of Easter eggs, full of like that book that we all just rushed through because we were so panicked.

I just needed to know if Alan was going to be okay.

That book, this is Sarah's 101.

so guys well let's begin using that because i very much believe i've talked to a couple people online that at in the end of this book of splintered harmony when elaine leaves with more the way that elaine has left the tension between her and farah and nesta and everyone i think we are heading for elaine's kale style journey I think we are like wherever this next book goes, I think it might read a little bit like Tower of Dawn where we had to follow Kale.

I liked it my favorite part about that movie was the aesthetics like I think just aesthetically it was very there was like weird things in it but it was visually interesting and visually appealing a lot of it to the point where like you couldn't possibly pick up on all the weird things that are in one frame of this movie because there's so much so much detail.

yeah so emerald fennel the the woman who directed that uh i would love it i have a list of classics that i would love for her to adapt because i don't know i like a fresh take on things i know not everyone appreciates that but i personally do so yeah would love for her to take a stab at some other classics all right all right uh reading what am i reading what am i reading i'm reading tower of dawn by sjm that's what i'm reading and man uh i'm blown away this is probably her best her best work that i've read so far like i told

was gonna be your book but i i'm not even referring to like the kale of it all because yes i do love kale i'm referring to the prose just like i'm reading it i'm like oh my god this woman is so talented just i love it i love it it's so good and i do i do think it'll be definitely a favorite i mean honestly out of i've read the whole actor series and then all of uh throne of glass up to tower of dawn of course her best book yet in terms of like writing and prose and mind you i'm literally like 10 in and so that's really saying something yeah

um okay i love that i'm also reading tower of dawn nice but I'm 73% and so but I also started it I also had a couple extra days off this week so there's that

yeah there is that yeah I'm not too worried about it because uh if I don't finish it before ACOTAR 6 that's okay because ACOTAR 6 is pretty short so

Yeah, and that actually comes out in 13 days.

So, because I really want to just, like, give ACOTAR 6 my all a bit.

If I can enjoy

Tower of Dawn, I will enjoy the Russian POV.

I will find it inside my heart.

Though sometimes when I reread Tower of Dawn, I do still want to strangle Kael.

Oh, yes.

Especially at the beginning.

You cannot tell me that like her with her light power, especially because I just read...

Tower of Dawn and hearing how important light power is to like defeating the Valg and I just feel like that whole Valg thing is not done yet.

And Bryce having that power and not just having that power but having the most to the point that she blinded an Oracle, I am like, oh, like if her power is this thought that defeats Valg, she is so important.

I also am now reading Crescent City 3 and I just read the line where – Nestor is talking about having the tattoo on her back, the eight-star tattoo that's now disappeared.

Is there something there, like a crossover? Are we going to see now, like there'd been the whole theory that maybe because Bryce had been leaving her blood everywhere in the caves and stuff and she's got that parasite in her, does that mean the parasite's now going to

exist in

Prithian? And does that mean that then they're all going to have to go and do the drop to get rid of it? Which someone outlined, our friend Kira actually outlined, which is amazing, in Tower of Dawn, that Kira's tail goes through the drop to kill the Valg.

And that's what Irene takes him through, that basically it's the drop.

Yeah.

I do know something that's happening in Tower of Dawn.
