Touch Me I'm Sick

And that more would talk about teen spirit.

We could certainly see it with Touch Me, I'm Sick.

I mean, there was nothing like that on the radio.

Yeah.

certainly it's a folk song or, you know, acoustic based folk song.

That in itself wasn't new, but there was nothing else like that out at the time.

And, you know, people would describe pulling their car over like, what is this? And so, yeah, Touch Me, I'm Sick had that same kind of raw, unexpected feeling to it.

I also think, you know, it's a song, I mean, it's a song about sickness and It's kind of an anti-love song.

I mean, Pearl Jam are in it themselves playing Matt Dillon's band Citizen Dick.

And of course, well, the song they play in it is a cover of Mudhoney's Touch Me I'm Sick.

But of course, they called it Touch Me I'm Dick.

You've got Chris Cornell in it playing a Stones next door neighbour who just wanders out when the car stereo is being played really loudly.
